THERAPY, EVALUATIONS, SUPERVISION
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER.
I offer individual therapy for adults: ongoing or focused series, including support for those on weight-loss medication. Psychological evaluations for professionals and individuals. Clinical supervision for early-career clinicians. Each rooted in twenty years of experience.
01. INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
FOR ADULTS WHO WANT ONGOING OR FOCUSED SUPPORT
Some people need ongoing support as they work through something. Others want focused work with a clear endpoint - a specific decision they're circling, a pattern they've noticed, or a stretch of life that's heavier than it looks. Both are real therapy. I offer ongoing sessions, structured series, and specialized support. You choose the depth and timeline that fits.
All therapy is available in person on Long Island or via telehealth across New York and Florida. Sessions are 50 minutes. I also offer therapy in Russian.

02. PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS
FOR INDIVIDUALS AND REFERRING PROFESSIONALS
A psychological evaluation is a focused assessment done for a specific reason. Fertility treatment, bariatric surgery, workers' compensation, no-fault claims, or independent medical evaluation. I conduct evaluations for both individuals and referring professionals.
If you've been referred and didn't choose to be here, I understand that can feel uncomfortable. I explain the process, answer questions, and bring the same thoughtfulness to an evaluation that I bring to therapy, even though the role is different. Each evaluation includes a clinical interview, appropriate assessment tools, and a written report delivered within 5–7 business days. Available in person on Long Island or via telehealth across New York and Florida.
03. CLINICAL SUPERVISION
FOR EARLY-CAREER PSYCHOLOGISTS AND TRAINEES
Supervision and mentoring from someone with nearly twenty years across hospital, forensic, crisis, and outpatient settings. The approach is supportive but direct and honest about the hard conversations. For clinicians who want to build real skill and clinical judgment, not just get through a case.

WHAT SETS THIS WORK APART
Clinical training that fits what you need
I draw from psychodynamic, person-centered, and CBT approaches. What matters is what actually helps you understand yourself and move forward, not what fits a theory.
Nearly twenty years across complex settings
I've worked with people across the full spectrum - everyday stress to genuine crisis. That range is why I can think clearly about people and situations. I'm not easily thrown.
Real experience in leadership and work pressure
I spent fifteen years managing people and navigating work dynamics. When you come in worn down by your role, I understand that from the inside.
How therapy actually works here
This is real conversation with someone genuinely there. I won't hand you a worksheet or promise outcomes on a timeline. The relationship itself is where a lot of the work happens.

GETTING STARTED
1. Book a free 15-minute consult.
Not sure where to start? That's normal. We'll talk through what's bringing you in and figure out together whether this is the right fit.
2. Complete your paperwork ahead of time.
Once we decide to move forward, I'll send everything to complete electronically before we meet. Our first session is spent on you, not on forms.
3. Begin at your pace.
Starting therapy is hard, and there's no rushing it. We start where you are and go at your pace. Just a steady place to think things through, for as long as it's useful.
